Meet The Team

Hi! I'm Zora, one of the co-founders and directors of IntegraYouth. I absolutely love working with children, tutoring, and have a passion for the sciences. I'm interested in development, and strive to make academic resources and environmentally friendly lifestyles more accessible to low-income families, and hope to work on more projects towards this goal!

Hello! My name is Flavia Allajbeu (she/her) and I am the Co-Director and Co-Founder of IntegraYouth. I am very passionate about making education accessible to all and eliminating barriers wherever possible so that everyone has the means to learn whatever they desire, without anyone or anything stopping them. As a first-year Law student and a recent Bachelor of Social Work graduate with minors in French and English, I aspire to bring this passion into my work at IntegraYouth to further help others empower themselves to reach their goals and shape their futures through what we do here at Integra!

My name is Dhwani (pronounced duh-one-knee) and I am one of the HR representatives for the IntegraYouth team. Before joining the IY executive team, I was a tutor with IntegraYouth for 3 years and throughout that experience it was always rewarding to see my students make progress in their academic journey. Having been on the team for almost 4 years now, my one and only goal has been to help our community reach its full potential by helping eliminate social barriers to education.

My name is Iman (she/her), and I’m currently studying Health Sciences at Western University. Being part of IntegraYouth has been very fulfilling, especially since I’m passionate about equity and supporting those in underprivileged communities. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space for both tutees and tutors. I'm excited to support making education accessible to all, no matter their circumstances!

I'm very passionate about educational equity and working with Integra Youth has been an extremely rewarding way to put my passion for accessible education into action. I love helping our tutors and tutees get the most out of their experience and cannot wait to bring our program to even more youth this year :)

I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful organization and cannot wait to see the amazing things IntegraYouth will accomplish this year! I look forward to making a difference in the community and reaching out to children in underprivileged communities.

Hi! My name is Stephanie, my pronouns are she/her and I am a secretary for the 2025-2026 IntegraYouth executive team! I am currently at the University of Toronto studying Health Sciences. One fun fact about me is that I love to read and write and hope to one day author a book. I'm looking forward to a great year filled with fun memories and educative events!

Hi! My name is Krisha, and I'm one of the editors at IntegraYouth. This is my second year with IntegraYouth and I look forward to growing alongside the organization. I believe that education is one of the most important things in one's life and I can't wait to spend this year helping achieve my beliefs! I love anything science related!

I’m really excited to be part of the blog team this year! Writing has always been my favorite way to share ideas and connect with people, so I’m looking forward to creating blogs that are both interesting and fun to read. It’s always cool seeing how a small idea can turn into something others can relate to or learn from.

Hi everyone, I'm Shrish, and I'm thrilled to be a Program Planner at IntegraYouth! I've always been the person who takes things apart just to see how they work (and hopefully, put them back together!). That curiosity is what drives me as an engineering student, and it's exactly the energy I want to bring to this role. My goal is to help design programs where students can feel free to explore, get their hands dirty, and see their ideas come to life, because I believe the most powerful lessons come from doing. I'm excited to not only share my passion for technology and problem-solving but also to learn from the incredible creativity our youth bring to the table.

Hi! My name is Deborah (she/her) and I am one of the program coordinators here at IntegraYouth! Some of my hobbies include sports (rugby, basketball, track, flag football etc.), cooking and watching movies. A quick fun fact about me? When I lived in Mauritius, an island country, I once was the fastest 6 year old in the country. I look forward to the new exciting events planned and contributing to expanding our IntegraYouth Community!
