Meet The Team

Hi! I'm Zora, one of the co-founders and directors of IntegraYouth. I absolutely love working with children, tutoring, and have a passion for the sciences. I'm interested in development, and strive to make academic resources and environmentally friendly lifestyles more accessible to low-income families, and hope to work on more projects towards this goal!

My name is Dhwani (pronounced the-one-knee), and I’m a Medical Sciences student at Western University. I’m also one of the Human Resources representatives at IntegraYouth! I started my journey with IntegraYouth as a tutor for three years before joining the executive team. Over the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside amazing individuals who share my passion for making education more accessible. From helping students grow academically to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our team, my goal has always been to make a positive difference in our community and help break down barriers to education!​

My name is Iman (she/her), and I’m currently studying Health Sciences at Western University. Being part of IntegraYouth has been really meaningful to me, especially seeing how much of a difference the right support can make in a student’s learning journey. This year, I hope to continue contributing to breaking down barriers to education while finding new ways to keep our tutoring community engaged and help them build new skills!

I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful organization and cannot wait to see the amazing things IntegraYouth will accomplish this year! I look forward to making a difference in the community and reaching out to children in underprivileged communities.

Hi everyone, my name is Nevadha (she/her)! I'm very passionate about educational equity and working with Integra Youth has been an extremely rewarding way to put my passion for accessible education into action. I love helping our tutors and tutees get the most out of their experience and cannot wait to bring our program to even more youth this year :) When I'm not in the lab (chemistry major here!) or volunteering at IntegraYouth, you can find me working on novels and poems, spending time with family and friends, or going for a swim!

Hi! My name is Stephanie, my pronouns are she/her and I am a secretary for the 2025-2026 IntegraYouth executive team! I am currently at the University of Toronto studying Human Biology. One fun fact about me is that I love to read and write and hope to one day author a book. I'm looking forward to a great year filled with fun memories and educative events!

Hi! I'm Dhrithi, a Grade 12 student and a secretary at IntegraYouth! I've been volunteering with IntegraYouth for two years and have grown incredibly passionate about our message to increase access to educational resources and tutoring. I've learnt and grown so much during my time here and I look forward to another great year!

Hi! My name is Deborah (she/her) and I am one of the program coordinators here at IntegraYouth! Some of my hobbies include sports (rugby, basketball, track, flag football etc.), cooking and watching movies. A quick fun fact about me? I love freestyle dancing to different kinds of genres. I look forward to the new exciting events planned and contributing to expanding our IntegraYouth Community!

Hi! My name is Snehal and I am one of the Programming Leads for the IntegraYouth team. I am currently a grade 11 student passionate about leadership and furthering my impact within my community. Outside of school, I enjoy playing tennis, reading classic literature, and spending time with friends and family. Through IntegraYouth, I have been given a platform to help others while actively fulfilling my interest in providing education.

I enjoy trying new things and finding ways to help others. Through IY, I hope to make learning more accessible and help students feel supported. I’m looking forward to working with the team and giving back to the community!

Hi! My name is Krisha, and I'm one of the editors at IntegraYouth. This is my third year with IntegraYouth and I look forward to growing alongside the organization. I believe that education is one of the most important things in one's life and I can't wait to spend this year helping achieve my beliefs! I love anything science related!

Hi! My name is Siya, I am in the 11th grade, and I am one of the Blog Writers for the IntegraYouth team! A fun fact about me is that I did gymnastics for 10 years and I was on my club’s pre-national team, a competitive team for gymnasts working toward the national level. Through this experience, I learned the importance of determination and always trying my best. Some of my hobbies are reading books, doing pottery, and also swimming as I work toward completing my lifeguard certification! I’m also very passionate about STEM, especially neuroscience, and would love to contribute blogs that explore the brain, neuroscience, and brain education to our website. I’m looking forward to working with IntegraYouth this year, bringing a fresh perspective to the blogs I write, and collaborating with other execs to plan events that help everyone at IY feel welcome!

​Hi! I’m Renesh Balaji, an Ambassador at IntegraYouth. I love working with students, tutoring, and inspiring kids to be curious. Outside the classroom, I enjoy board games, reading and chess. I’m deeply passionate about teaching and I hope I use this to collaborate on new initiatives that make a lasting impact in our community!

​Hi everyone, I believe that making sure education is free and accessible for every child is essential for the better development of the world. That's what inspired me to work with Integra Youth. Currently I'm in the IB program but when I'm not at school or working on ambassador duties, I'm usually practicing for my next dance performance/exam or binging shows on Netflix. I can't wait to be the ambassador for this semester!

Hi everyone! My name is Iqjot Brar (she/her), and I’m currently a Grade 12 student. In my free time, you’ll often find me immersed in a dystopian novel, watching a good thriller, or playing badminton and soccer. I’ve always been curious about the world around me, which is one of the reasons I’m particularly interested in science, especially biology. I also love challenging myself through competitions, getting involved in clubs, and exploring new opportunities that allow me to learn and grow. Volunteering at my local hospital and with IntegraYouth is another important part of my life, as I value opportunities to connect with others, support my community, and make a positive impact. Being a tutor and ambassador at IntegraYouth is especially meaningful to me because it allows me to turn my passion for helping others into something that can make a real difference. I’m grateful to be part of an initiative that works to make education more accessible to students in underserved communities around the world, particularly those who may not have access to the same educational resources and opportunities as others. One of the most rewarding aspects of this experience has been working alongside a team that shares a common goal of creating meaningful change. I’m excited to see how we can continue supporting students, opening doors to new opportunities, and learning from one another along the way. I look forward to everything we’ll accomplish together and the difference we can make, one student at a time!
